Adaptive Yoga
Our Adapted Yoga classes are tailored to support participants in achieving greater wellness. Through a thoughtful approach, participants will:
- Learn breathing techniques to enhance self-regulation and reduce stress and anxiety.
- Practice poses designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and digestion.
- Gain tools for daily living while enjoying movement and having fun.
This class fosters better health, wellness, and a sense of connection within a supportive community.
Aerobic Fitness
Our Aerobic Dance classes combine movement, music, and fun to boost cardiovascular fitness. Designed for participants of all abilities, including those who prefer seated options, this class offers:
- Full-body dance routines that improve flexibility, balance, and muscle tone.
- Aerobic exercises that strengthen the immune system.
- Movement that uplifts mood, sharpens memory, and enhances attention and problem-solving skills.
This energetic class is a joyful way to stay active, make new friends, and sing and dance your way to better health.
Private Sessions
For a more personalized experience, our Private Sessions provide tailored fitness, yoga, or chair yoga classes in your home or group home. These sessions focus on:
- Individual goals, strengths, and interests.
- Exploring movement and wellness at your own pace.
- Creating a custom approach to make fitness fun and fulfilling.
